LEAVE FOR DISASTER RELIEF SERVICES. Employees will be granted Leave for Disaster Relief Services in accordance with the provisions of Ohio Administrative Code, and Ohio Revised Code, in effect as of the effective date of the Agreement.

LEAVE FOR DISASTER RELIEF SERVICES. A member of the bargaining unit who is a certified disaster service volunteer of the American Red Cross may be granted leave from work with pay not to exceed thirty (30) work days in each year to participate in specialized disaster relief services for the American Red Cross, upon the request of the American Red Cross for the services of that member and upon the approval of the Employer. A member of the bargaining unit granted leave shall be compensated at his/her base rate of pay for those regular work hours during which the member is absent from work.
LEAVE FOR DISASTER RELIEF SERVICES. A member of the bargaining unit may be granted leave at Management’s sole discretion from work with pay for no more than 30 work days in each year to participate in disaster relief services when requested by a local, State or Federal government entity. A member of the bargaining unit granted leave shall be compensated at his or her base rate of pay for those regular work hours during which the member is absent from work.

  • Duration of relief for force majeure The right of an Affected Party to relief under Clause 17.2 shall cease on the earlier of:

  • CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County. Contractor agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the County or other governmental entities as opposed to a private citizen, on a first priority basis. The County expects to pay contractual prices for all goods or services required during an emergency situation. Contractor shall furnish a twenty-four (24) hour phone number in the event of such an emergency.

  • Disaster Services In the event of a local, state, or federal emergency, including natural, man- made, criminal, terrorist, and/or bioterrorism events, declared as a state disaster by the Governor, or a federal disaster by the appropriate federal official, Grantee may be called upon to assist the System Agency in providing the following services:
