Common use of Leave for Medical or Dental Appointments Clause in Contracts

Leave for Medical or Dental Appointments. An employee will be allowed leave of absence with pay for medical or dental appointments that cannot be taken on a regularly scheduled day off. Where excessive travel is required, up to one day may be utilized, with approval. Such leave for medical or dental appointments shall not exceed 16 hours in any calendar year.
