Leave in Conjunction with Military Duty. 1. An employee who is also a member of the Reserve Component is authorized fifteen (15) days, or one-hundred and twenty (120) hours, of military leave each fiscal year to cover periods of absence from work in order to perform military duty. However, employees are entitled to use any combination of military leave, annual leave, compensatory time, time-off awards, or leave without pay (LWOP) in conjunction with military duty performed during their regular duty hours. The following guidance applies:
