Leave of Absence - Excess of Six (6) Months. Any unit employee returning to work from any leave of absence in excess of six (6) months shall not be permitted to return to work until completing a physical examination and being released by the City Medical Examiner and the Human Resources Department, Workers' Compensation Section, to return to work.
