Leave Pay and Leave of Absence. Section 12.1 - Teachers will receive seven (7) work days available as sick leave at the beginning of the school year with unlimited accumulation. In addition, Teachers will receive five (5) personal days to be used within the school year. Any unused personal days will be rolled into the Teacher’s sick bank for the following school year. Section 12.1. A - teachers on unpaid leave (does not apply to FMLA leaves), or terminating employment will have leave days prorated to the percent of contract days actually worked.
