LEAVE PROVISIONS (Health, Bereavement and Emergencies. This Article describes the various situations when full-time faculty members may be granted leave from the performance of duties and responsibilities. College policies for granting such leaves shall be consistent with applicable state and federal laws, as currently enacted or hereafter amended.
