Common use of Leave With or Without Fringes Clause in Contracts

Leave With or Without Fringes. A leave of absence of up to one (1) year with or without fringe benefits paid by the Employer may be granted. The fringe benefits may include the health, dental and life insurance coverage that is provided to full time employees. An additional year may be granted.
