Leave Without Pay for Job-Incurred Disability. Safety Employees Requests for leaves without pay for disabilities which are determined to be work-incurred as a result of Mendocino County employment for safety-classified employees shall be approved by department heads for the period following expiration of paid leave under 4850 leave provisions.
