Common use of Leaves for Illness, Injury, or Emergency Clause in Contracts

Leaves for Illness, Injury, or Emergency. General: At the beginning of each school year, each full-time employee shall automatically be credited with an advance leave allocation of twelve (12) days to be used for personal illness or injury or for emergencies as herein defined, effective the first contractual day. Any unused leave days shall be cumulative from year to year up to a maximum of 180 days.
