Leaving India. The Borrower shall not leave India for employment or business or for long term stay abroad without fully repaying the Loan then outstanding together with interest and other dues and charges including prepayment charges as per the rules of AUSFB then in force.

Leaving India. This clause is however not applicable to the Borrower if he has on or before the execution of this Agreement informed AHFL that he is an NRI and has furnished sufficient evidence thereof to AHFL.
