Legacy Safety Data. As soon as possible after the Effective Date, Merck shall provide Urovant with an electronic copy of the CIOMS I forms of all legacy data of adverse events within Merck’s safety database with respect to the Licensed Product that is within Merck’s possession, for inclusion in Urovant’s safety database for the Licensed Product; provided, that until such time as Urovant executes a safety agreement with Licensee referencing the Licensed Product, Merck shall promptly provide Urovant with any CIOMS I received or generated by Merck referencing the Licensed Product following the Effective Date.

Legacy Safety Data. As soon as possible after the Effective Date, TheraVida shall provide Roivant with an electronic copy of the CIOMS I forms of all legacy data of adverse events within TheraVida’s safety database with respect to the Licensed Product that is within TheraVida’s possession, for inclusion in Roivant’s safety database for the Licensed Product; provided, that TheraVida shall promptly provide Roivant with any CIOMS I received or generated by TheraVida referencing the Licensed Product following the Effective Date.
Legacy Safety Data. Seller shall provide Buyer an electronic copy of the MedWatch form for all legacy data of adverse events for the Product that is within Seller’s (or its Affiliate’s, as appropriate) possession, for inclusion in Buyer’s safety database for the Product.

Legacy Safety Data. As soon as reasonably practicable following the Closing Date, and solely to the extent in Seller’s possession or under its control, Seller shall provide to Buyer, in the form of an electronic copy of the CIOMS I form, a copy of all legacy data of adverse events with respect to the Products, both serious and non-serious, as are necessary for Buyer to hold the global safety database for the Products (the “Global Safety Database”).

  • MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS As applicable, Contractor shall provide Purchaser with all appropriate Material Safety Data Sheets (“MSDS”) at the time of delivery of each shipment of Goods which requires such compliance and/or and for materials used by Contractor while performing Services and any updates of the same.

  • Safety Data Sheets If specified by City in the solicitation or otherwise required by this Contract, Contractor must send with each shipment one (1) copy of the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each item shipped. Failure to comply with this procedure will be cause for immediate termination of the Contract for violation of safety procedures.

  • Material Safety Data Sheet Seller shall provide to Buyer with each delivery any Material Safety Data Sheet applicable to the work in conformance with and containing such information as required by the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and regulations promulgated thereunder or its State approved counterpart.

  • Safety Boots Each employee, after 3 months’ continuous service, will be reimbursed (on production of a receipt), the cost of one pair of safety boots (approved by the employer), in each year, to a maximum of $110.00. All protective clothing such as wet weather jackets, safety helmets, welding jackets, welding xxxxxxx, welding gauntlets, rubber boots, etc, (which remain the property of the Company), will be supplied on all occasions deemed necessary.

  • Safety Plan Developer’s safety plan specifically adapted for the Project. Developer's Safety Plan shall comply with all provisions regarding Project safety, including all applicable provisions in these Construction Provisions.

  • Safety Program The Contractor shall design a specific safety program for the Work for the site(s). The Contractor shall establish and require all Subcontractors to establish reasonable safety programs. The Contractor shall also submit its standard monthly safety reports to the Owner and Design Professional. No imposition of responsibility on the Contractor for safety under this Contract shall relieve any subcontractor of its responsibility for safety of persons or property on or near the Project Site. The Contractor shall include in his plant he names of the person in charge of Safety.

  • Health and Safety Plan Consultant shall prepare and submit a Health and Safety Plan (“HASP”) for the portion of Consultant’s work that will involve field work, assessments, or investigations of certain Project elements. The HASP shall describe how Consultant plans to complete field work, assessments, and/or investigations at the RWF. Consultant’s HASP must comply with the CIP HASP and shall be updated as new conditions are encountered.

  • HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT In the performance of this Contract, Contractor and Operator shall conduct Petroleum Operations with due regard to health, safety and the protection of the environment (“HSE”) and the conservation of natural resources, and shall in particular:

  • Accident Prevention Health and Safety Committee (a) The Employer and the Union agree that they mutually desire to maintain standards of safety and health in the workplace in order to prevent accidents, injury and illness. (b) Recognizing its responsibilities under the applicable legislation, the Employer agrees to accept as a member of its Accident Prevention – Health & Safety Committee at least three (3) representatives, one from each base, selected or appointed by the Union from amongst bargaining unit employees. At any time where a vote is required, an equal number of representatives from each side shall be entitled to vote. (c) Such Committee shall identify potential dangers and hazards, institute means of improving health and safety programs and recommend actions to be taken to improve conditions related to safety and health. (d) The Employee agrees to co-operate reasonably in providing necessary information to enable the Committee to fulfill its functions. (e) Meetings shall be held quarterly or more frequently at the call of the Chair if required. The Committee shall maintain minutes of all meetings and make the same available for review. (f) Any representative appointed or select in accordance with (b) hereof shall serve a term of one (1) calendar year from the date of appointment which may be renewed for further periods of one (1) year. The Union will encourage its representative(s) to serve at least one (1) year. Time off for such representative(s) to attend meetings of the Accident Prevention – Health & Safety Committee in accordance with the foregoing shall be granted and time so spent attending such meetings shall be deemed to be work time for which the representative(s) shall be paid by the Employer at his regular or premium rate as may be applicable. (g) The Union agrees to endeavour to obtain the full co-operation of its membership in the observation of all safety rules and practices. (h) Pregnant employees may request to be transferred from their current duties if, in the professional opinion of the employee’s physician, the pregnancy may be at risk. If such a transfer is not feasible, the pregnant employee, if she so requests, will be granted an unpaid leave of absence before commencement of the maternity leave referred to in Article 16.04

  • Safety Information Any other bulletins may only be posted by mutual agreement between the Union and designated Management.
