Legacy Data definition

Legacy Data has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.2.
Legacy Data means Data transferred to the Service Provider during the course of Data Migration;
Legacy Data means Electronic Data that is only compatible with, is only understood by, or only resides on software or hardware that has become obsolete, that the Party no longer actively uses, that is no longer operational, or that is no longer commercially available.

More Definitions of Legacy Data

Legacy Data means Personal Data processed in the UK under the EU GDPR before 1st January 2021;
Legacy Data means data provided by the County, derived from either the ADPICS or FAMIS legacy accounting systems in use through June 30, 2010.
Legacy Data means information stored on the case management system JustWare (and related programs), a version of which Client licensed from Journal Technologies prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement.
Legacy Data means the Customer data provided to Mimecast for the Data Ingestion Service. At the successful conclusion of the Data Ingestion Service, Legacy Data shall be included in the definition of Data under the Agreement.
Legacy Data means the ongoing Data Storage of Customer Data from previous a Term(s).
Legacy Data refers to the ongoing Data Storage of Customer Content from previous Term(s) as set out in Appendix D.

Related to Legacy Data

  • Company Data means (i) data and information regarding each Fund and the shareholders and shareholder accounts of each Fund which is inputted into the Licensed System and the content of records, files and reports generated from such data and information by the Licensed System, and (ii) Company 22c-2 Data (as defined in Section 6.15(a) of this Schedule C).

  • computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • GLO Data means any data or information, which includes PII and/or SPI as defined below, collected, maintained, and created by the GLO, for the purpose of providing disaster assistance to individuals, that Provider obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto. GLO data does not include other information that is lawfully made available to the Provider through other sources.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • flight information service means a service provided for the purpose of giving advice and information useful for the safe and efficient conduct of flights;

  • Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • Service Data means all electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by Subscriber, Agents and End-Users in connection with Subscriber’s use of such Service, excluding Agent Contact Information.

  • Buyer Data means all data, records, files, information or content, including text, sound, video, images and software, that is (a) input or uploaded by Buyer or its Users to or collected, received, transmitted, processed, or stored by Buyer or its Users using the Software or SaaS Service in connection with this Agreement, or (b) derived from (a). Buyer Data is Confidential Information of Buyer.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • account information service means an online service to provide consolidated information on one or more payment accounts held by the payment service user with either another payment service provider or with more than one payment service provider;

  • City Data means that data as described in Article 13 of this Agreement which includes, without limitation, all data collected, used, maintained, processed, stored, or generated by or on behalf of the City in connection with this Agreement. City Data includes, without limitation, Confidential Information.

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • Information Service Provider A provider of Information Service. Information Service Provider includes, but is not limited to, Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

  • Data means recorded information, regardless of form, the media on which it is recorded, or the method of recording.

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

  • Information Service Traffic Traffic delivered to or from an Information Service Provider for the provision of Information Service. ISP-Bound Traffic is a subset of Information Service Traffic. Inside Wire or Inside Wiring: Wiring within the customer Premises that extends to the Demarcation Point of CenturyLink’s outside plant. Inside Wire is owned or controlled by the End User (unless otherwise specified herein or under Applicable Law).

  • Offer Data means the scheduling, operations planning, dispatch, new resource, and other data and information necessary to schedule and dispatch generation resources and Demand Resource(s) for the provision of energy and other services and the maintenance of the reliability and security of the Transmission System in the PJM Region, and specified for submission to the PJM Interchange Energy Market for such purposes by the Office of the Interconnection.

  • Information Service is the offering of a capability for generating, acquiring, storing, transforming, processing, retrieving, utilizing, or making available information via Telecommunications, and includes electronic publishing, but does not include any use of any such capability for the management, control, or operation of a Telecommunications system or the management of a Telecommunications Service.
