Appendix 1: Definitions
1. Computer

26.2 The Agreement is subject to and governed by New Zealand law. The language of the Trade Terms shall only be ‘English’.
LEGAL FORUM. If either party institutes legal action pertaining to this Lease, the venue of the suit shall be Xxx Xxxx County, Georgia, and each party further agrees to waive trial by jury.
LEGAL FORUM. All disputes arising in connection with this contract shall be settled by the competent German Courts.
