Sales Center. GeoCities Affiliates Program Sales Center will be a general resource for link generation, merchant selection, and reporting, as well as marketing and promotion, site building, and merchandising information.
1. Unified Log In Be Free will allow affiliates to have a singular login between the GeoCities site and the GeoCities Affiliates Program Sales Center. This is also true among the various functions of account management, link generation, and reporting within the Sales Center. Unified log in will be accomplished by permitting Be Free to access and decrypt authentication information in the GeoCities visitor cookie. This will be accomplished through the establishment of a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ sub-domain using a Be Free owned IP address. Be Free integration with the GeoCities LDAP server and by mutual authentication passing between GeoCities and Be Free. In the interest of maintaining the security and privacy of affiliates' financial information, Be Free authenticates every request for pages containing reporting or account management information. Be Free proposes to continue this scheme if it proves practicable as GeoCities scales its Affiliates Program. In the event that performance of repeated authentication becomes an issue, Be Free will implement a scheme where by the affiliate will be initially authenticated and subsequently periodically authenticated between which times an encrypted authentication code will be stored in a session cookie. This will reduce the load on the LDAP server by reducing the number of authentication requests.

Sales Center a. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ shall establish, train and maintain a sales capability to support XSS offerings (including but not limited to remote subscriptions, one-time remote services offerings, on-site services, and equipment protection plan (“EPP”) offerings) until June 29, 2012.

Staffing for such sales group shall be maintained in accordance to the service level agreements outlined in Exhibit D (“Service Level Terms”) until April 1, 2012; after this date Exhibit D service levels will no longer apply to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Sales Center and staffing of the sales group by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ will be reduced in mutually agreed steps until closure of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇’s Sales Center on June 29, 2012. In addition to selling proactively, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇’s sales group shall be equipped to take pre-qualified leads from Comcast sales channels as specified in the VPRD until closure of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Sales Center on June 29, 2012.
Sales Center. Inbound/Outbound Telephone Calls The following describes the characteristics of all Sales Center Service Offerings included in this agreement. This includes Sales Centers for both inbound and outbound telephone calls. • Vendor will provide Sales Center facility with automated call distribution (“ACD”)/integrated voice response (“IVR”) as required to appropriately support and route inbound telephone traffic. • Vendor will staff Sales Center with personnel trained to handle types of customer interactions described in Section 2.5, including telephone and live chat interactions (“Sales Agents”). • Vendor will staff Sales Center with personnel trained on Comcast’s product and service offerings covered in Section 2.5. • Vendor will perform sales calls and sales chat interactions with Sales Agents located in United States. • **** • Data entry required to enter the sales transactions into Comcast and its 3rd party vendor systems will be performed by Vendor Sales Agents or FTE dedicated to billing (“Billing Specialist”) in real time either manually or via an Application Program Interface (“API”) that is mutually agreeable to both the Vendor and Comcast • Vendor will staff the Sales Center, taking inbound telephone calls and chat requests according to the following coverage schedule which will require a mutually agreed upon Change Management Form to modify: ◦ Agents will be available to answer sales calls **** local to the customer’s time zone. Inbound and Proactive Chat Vendor will provide inbound chat services to Comcast from any online property approved by Comcast, including BCSS marketing landing pages, HTML emails, or BCSS online storefront. Vendor will provide Comcast with (1) hosted technology and, (2) live inbound Sales Agents. • Vendor will provide hosted chat functionality via a widget placed by Comcast on the Business Class Signature Support microsite and at Comcast’s discretion on the Business Class customer facing web pages or Business Class web portals. • Comcast will integrate the widget and widget placement into the appropriate Business Class web pages and will review with the Vendor prior to implementation.
