Legal Proceedings Leave. 15.6.1 A leave of absence without loss of salary and benefits shall be granted: a) for jury duty or any summons related thereto, or b) to answer a subpoena or summons to attend as a witness in any proceeding authorized by law to compel the attendance of witness. 15.6.2 The teacher shall remit any witness fee or jury stipend (excluding allowances and/or expenses) set by the Court or other body.
