Legal Protection of Teachers. 1. Reimbursement for Certain Losses The Board will reimburse teachers for any damage or destruction of clothing or personal property of the teacher occurring as a result of assault upon a teacher while on duty in the school or any other place a teacher is required to perform professional duties, not to exceed $250. Losses insured by the teacher will not be reimbursed.
