Legal Service. 8.1 Except in cases of malfeasance in office, willful neglect of duty, or bad faith, the Employer shall defend, save harmless and indemnify an employee and/or the employee’s estate against any claim or demand, whether groundless or otherwise, arising out of an alleged act or omission occurring in the performance and scope of the employee's duties; in accordance with Minn.
