Legal Services. a. Legal services to the Agency will be provided by the Ministry of the Attorney General through the Ministry’s Legal Branch. b. The Agency may make a request to the Ministry’s Legal Director for outside legal services when it requires expertise which is unavailable within the Ministry of the Attorney General.
