Legal Version. Both the English and French texts of this Agreement shall be considered the official texts. Where there is ambiguity between the English and French texts, the language of the text which was negotiated and agreed to by the parties shall prevail.
Legal Version. In this Agreement, the party who owns the Confidential Information will be referred to as "WILLI ESTEFANES XXXXXXXX” and the party to whom the Confidential Information will be disclosed will be referred to as "RECEIVING PARTY". WILLI ESTEFANES XXXXXXXX is evaluating and seeking to sell a Security and technology business from recipient. In order for Recipient to evaluate the available opportunities, company offered by or through WILLI ESTEFANES XXXXXXXX, XXXXX ESTEFANES XXXXXXXX has requested that RECEIVING PARTY will protect the confidential material and information, which may be disclosed between WILLI ESTEFANES XXXXXXXX and RECEIVING PARTY. Therefore, the parties agree as follows:
