Common use of Length of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Length of Agreement. This Agreement shall begin on July 1, 2017 2019 and shall end June 1, 2020 2021 unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of Section 33 of this Agreement. Contract extensions will not be granted unless Grantee is able to provide substantial written justification and the Division approves such extension.
