Workload Committee. The Superintendent and GCEA shall form an advisory workload committee to discuss workload-related issues. This committee shall be comprised of five (5) employees bargaining unit members appointed by the GCEA President and five (5) employees (either bargaining unit members or administrative employees) appointed by the Superintendent. Not later than January 31st of each calendar year, the committee should make non-binding written recommendations to the Superintendent for potential action.
Workload Committee. 1. A Workload Committee shall be established for the purpose of making recommendations to address identified workload issues requiring systemic solutions. Prior to presentation to the committee, bargaining unit members will provide the supervisor reasonable notification of the workload issue and opportunity to resolve the concern. The Superintendent’s Office will also be notified.
2. The Committee shall be composed of at least two (2) Association members, including both licensed and classified bargaining unit members, and two (2) District administrators, including the Director of Special Education.
3. The Committee will meet at least quarterly at mutually agreed upon times. Meetings may be cancelled by mutual agreement.
Workload Committee. A committee comprising two district employees and two bargaining unit members shall be formed to review the workload and work distribution imposed on members of the bargaining unit. The committee shall recommend changes in hours and/or practices and said recommendations shall go to the Board.
Workload Committee. The parties recognize that the general question of workload has to be addressed on an ongoing basis in order to deal with the problems related to workload. The parties agree to establish a joint committee of two (2) members selected by the Union, and two (2) members selected by the Employer, to review workload issues and other related matters. The Workload Committee will be a sub-committee of the Labour-Management Committee, and members of the Committee shall suffer no loss of salary while carrying out their functions. In addition, the Employer shall be responsible for all other associated expenses as per the collective agreement. The Committee shall meet within thirty (30) calendar days upon the request of either party. Workload issues shall be an ongoing concern of the Committee. The Committee shall refer unresolved matters and make recommendations to the Labour-Management Committee for resolve.
Workload Committee. A workload committee will meet on a monthly basis to review workload issues and concerns. Prior to bringing a workload issue or concern to the workload committee, employees must first raise the issue or concern with their supervisor and, where appropriate, with their lead. If an employee reasonably believes that the supervisor has not adequately responded, the employee will fill out a Workload Form and submit it to the workload committee. The workload committee will include three (3) designated union members, two (2) management members, and up to two
Workload Committee. 1. The Association and the District will create a voluntary cooperative Workload Committee composed of certified staff members, administration and school board members. The committee will be facilitated by a representative from the administration and the Association.
2. The goal of the committee will be to address workload interests, make recommendations, and improve student and staff climate.
Workload Committee. If the faculty member has not received a suitable solution from their discussions pursuant to 25.10 (a) (i), the faculty may file a formal dispute.
Workload Committee. The Board and the Association will jointly establish a Workload Committee. This committee will examine issues related to workload and make recommendations to the respective bargaining teams of the Board and DE. The work of this committee shall be continuous. For FY 2019-2020, the committee’s review shall consist of, but shall not be limited to; elementary planning, secondary schedules and planning, Teacher in Charge language, and pupil personnel worker competitive compensation. The committee will consist of four (4) members appointed by DE and four (4) members appointed by the Superintendent or his/her designee. The committee will make the recommendations available to the Superintendent. The recommendations will not be considered binding on either party, but rather will be utilized as a basis for future bargaining proposals for inclusion in this Agreement.
Workload Committee. The parties agree that patient care is enhanced if concerns relating to professional practice, fluctuating workloads and staffing are resolved in a timely and effective manner. The workload committee consist of two representatives of the employer and two representatives of the union. Terms of reference shall be established jointly. Employees are encouraged to raise their concerns with their Supervisor or Designate. Through discussion with the employee the Supervisor or Designate will complete a ‘workload Review form’ at Appendix “A” to be presented to the Workload committee. If the employee prefers, they can complete the form themselves and forward to the Supervisor or Designate. In the event that the workload concern is not addressed to the employee’s satisfaction within 30 days of the meeting at which the concern is presented, the employee has the right to submit a grievance as outlined in the agreement.

26.01 This Agreement, signed on this 23rd day of October 2017, shall be effective from January 1st, 2016 and shall remain in full force and effect until December 31st, 2017 and shall automatically continue from year to year until either party serves written notice on the other party, thirty (30) days prior to any annual expiration date.
