Length of Basic Contract. The length of the basic contract for full time equivalent (FTE) Certificated employees shall include 180 days with partial FTE scheduled pro-rata as assigned, in addition to one (1) Professional Development Day limited to the 2012-13 to 2014-15 Master Agreement, paid at per diem for a total of 181 contract days. The Professional Development Day will be held on a date mutually agreed to by the District and the Association. The District shall determine the content of and lead the professional development.
