Length of Service Vacation. Less than 1 year None 1 year but less than 7 years 7 days 7 years but less than 12 years 12 days 12 years but less than 19 years 17 days 20 years and over 24 days 13.02 No employee will be entitled to vacation leave nor payment for accumulated vacation under any circumstances until he/she has completed one (1) year of employment with the Employer. The rate of pay in effect for the employee's regular straight time hourly rate of pay shall be that rate in effect for the employee's regular job at the time the vacation is being taken.
