Common use of Length of Service Vacation Clause in Contracts

Length of Service Vacation. Less than one (1) year None At one (1) year but less than seven (7) years 80 hours At seven (7) years but less than twelve (12) years 120 hours At twelve (12) years but less than fifteen (15) years 160 hours At fifteen (15) years but less than twenty-one (21) years 200 hours At twenty-one (21) years but less than twenty-five (25) years 240 hours At twenty-five years 280 hours Such vacation leaves shall be accrued to employees at the following rates, effective on their individual anniversary dates of employment: Annual Vacation Entitled To Credited Per Pay Period 80 hours 3.1 hours 120 hours 4.6 hours 160 hours 6.2 hours 200 hours 7.7 hours 240 hours 9.2 hours 280 hours 10.7 hours No employee will be entitled to vacation leave nor payment for accumulated vacation under any circumstances until he has completed one (1) year of employment with the Employer.
