Length of Terms. With the sole exception of the initial election of the Regional School District Committee by the procedure specified below in subsection E (Initial Staggering of Terms), the term of office of each elected member shall be three years, and a member will serve until his/her successor is elected and sworn in by the respective Town Clerk.
