Less than Twenty Year Employees. If an employee with at least ten years of paid District service, and less than twenty (20) years of District service, takes a non-FMLA/CFRA leave during their last ten years of service with the District, their retiree benefits shall be reduced proportionately to such leave. FMLA/CFRA leaves shall not impact retiree benefits.
