Common use of Lesser Discipline Clause in Contracts

Lesser Discipline. Lesser Discipline involves a loss of pay equivalent to less than three (3) days suspension without pay. Lesser Discipline is subject to completion of pre- disciplinary procedures and may be appealed up to the level of the District’s General Manager (discussed below). Lesser Discipline may be appealed as provided below.
