Common use of Lessons Plans Clause in Contracts

Lessons Plans. Teachers who have less than three (3) years’ experience in the District may be required to submit their lesson plans to the principal on a regular basis with two (2) workdays’ notice of commencement of a submission schedule. In recognition of the professionalism of Broward teachers, employees who have more than three (3) years’ experience in the District shall not be required to regularly submit lesson plans, however, any time the principal does request lesson plans, the teacher shall submit the plans with two (2) workdays’ notice.
