Common use of Letter of Appointment Clause in Contracts

Letter of Appointment. (1) All casual employees shall receive a letter of appointment immediately following recruitment, clearly stating their employment status, their classification and wage level, their worksite, and if the employee is seeking regular employment it shall be noted.
