Letter of Understanding - Elementary Workload Committee. There shall be established a joint committee of the Unit President and one (1) Teacher representative from each of the following areas appointed by the Bargaining Unit: Primary Junior Intermediate The Board may appoint an equal number of representatives. The mandate of this committee shall be to examine the impact on the workload of Elementary Teachers as affected by assessment and evaluation protocols. The recommendations arrived at by this committee shall be communicated to all Elementary Teachers as a Best Practice.
