Common use of Level Four – School Board Clause in Contracts

Level Four – School Board. If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision of the Superintendent, the grievant may file the grievance in writing with the Board of Directors by directing all of the grievance documents to the Board secretary within ten (10) days.
