Level I – Administration. A. A copy of the written grievance shall be submitted to the appropriate administrator within thirty (30) days of the grievant becoming aware of the grievance. B. A meeting date shall be mutually agreed upon between the aggrieved and the administrator within five (5) days of the filing of the grievance. Either the aggrieved or the administrator may have present such people who may provide information related to the grievance. C. Within ten (10) days of the hearing, the administrator shall provide the aggrieved and Association with a written response stating his/her position and his/her suggested resolution of the grievance.
