Common use of Level I – Administration Clause in Contracts

Level I – Administration. 1. A copy of the written grievance shall be submitted to the aggrieved's immediate administrator within fifteen (15) days of becoming aware of the alleged violation.

Level I – Administration. 1. A copy of the written grievance shall be submitted to the aggrieved's immediate administrator of the aggrieved party within fifteen twenty (1520) days of his/her becoming aware of the alleged violation, or said grievance shall no longer exist. A copy of said grievance shall be filed with the Superintendent.
