Level I – Immediate Supervisor. 3.1.1 The grievant must within twenty (20) days of the time the grievant knew or should have known of the occurrence, which constitutes the basis of the grievance, file the grievance in writing with his/her immediate supervisor. The immediate supervisor shall schedule a hearing within five (5) days of the receipt of the grievance. 3.1.2 Within five (5) days after the conclusion of the grievance hearing, the supervisor shall inform, in writing, the grievant of his/her decision in the matter. A copy of the decision will be supplied to the grievant, the Superintendent, and the Association.
