Level I – Immediate Supervisor. The grievance shall be reduced to writing on a District grievance form signed by the employee and filed with the immediate supervisor. The grievance shall include the following information: A statement of the grievance and the facts upon which it is based; the remedial action requested; the article and section of this Agreement alleged to have been violated.
