Level II Resolution. 3.7.1 The grievant may appeal a Level I decision to Level II by writing to the office of the Chancellor or designee within fifteen (15) days after receiving the Level I decision. A copy of the appeal, written in the same format as outlined in Section 3.2, shall be furnished to the Level I administrator and the college President.
