Common use of Level IV – Binding Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Level IV – Binding Arbitration. 10.14.1 If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of Level III, the Association may move the grievance to binding arbitration by submitting a written request to the District within 21 days of the Level III decision.

Level IV – Binding Arbitration. 10.14.1 30 5.3.7 If the grievant Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level III, the 31 Association may move by written notice to the Superintendent within fifteen (15) days after the conclusion 32 of the mediation submit the grievance to binding arbitration by submitting a written request to the District within 21 days of the Level III decisionarbitration, as provided below.
