Level Three – College’s Appeal Committee (as defined in Section C. 3) If the grievance is not settled at Level Two, the MCCEA may, within five (5) ten (10) days after said decision, notify the Chairperson of the College’s Appeal Committee that it intends to appeal the grievance, stating the grounds for such appeal. The Chairperson of the College’s Appeal Committee will, within seven (7) ten (10) days after receipt thereof, convene a Level Three meeting between the Grievance Committee and the College’s Appeal Committee, and a written decision, on or attached to the grievance, will be rendered by the College’s Appeal Committee within five (5) ten (10) days thereafter and will be delivered to the MCCEA.

  • Certification of Funds; Budget and Fiscal Provisions; Termination in the Event of Non-Appropriation This Agreement is subject to the budget and fiscal provisions of the City’s Charter. Charges will accrue only after prior written authorization certified by the Controller, and the amount of City’s obligation hereunder shall not at any time exceed the amount certified for the purpose and period stated in such advance authorization. This Agreement will terminate without penalty, liability or expense of any kind to City at the end of any fiscal year if funds are not appropriated for the next succeeding fiscal year. If funds are appropriated for a portion of the fiscal year, this Agreement will terminate, without penalty, liability or expense of any kind at the end of the term for which funds are appropriated. City has no obligation to make appropriations for this Agreement in lieu of appropriations for new or other agreements. City budget decisions are subject to the discretion of the Mayor and the Board of Supervisors. Contractor’s assumption of risk of possible non-appropriation is part of the consideration for this Agreement. THIS SECTION CONTROLS AGAINST ANY AND ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  • Orientation and In-Service Program The Hospital recognizes the need for a Hospital Orientation Program of such duration as it may deem appropriate taking into consideration the needs of the Hospital and the nurses involved.

  • HHS Single Audit Unit will notify Grantee to complete the Single Audit Determination Form If Grantee fails to complete the form within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of notice, Grantee maybe subject to sanctions and remedies for non-compliance.

  • Longer Delays May Apply We may delay your ability to withdraw funds deposited by check into your account an additional number of days for these reasons: • We believe a check you deposit will not be paid. • You deposit checks totaling more than $5,525 on any one day. • You re-deposit a check that has been returned unpaid. • You have overdrawn your account repeatedly in the last six (6) months. • There is an emergency, such as failure of communications or computer equipment.   • Change in Services If Customer wishes to change the scope of the Services, it shall submit details of the requested change to Company in writing. Changes may incur additional fees included, but not lim- ited to, engineering time fees, change of equipment fees, and administrative fees. USED GOODS. Should the Agreement include the purchase of used machinery, parts or other equipment, said used equipment are sold “AS IS” and “with all faults”.
