Common use of Level Three – School Board Clause in Contracts

Level Three – School Board. a. If a grievance involves a permissive subject of bargaining not covered by the collective bargaining agreement, the aggrieved person, if not satisfied with the Superintendent's disposition of the grievance at Level Two, may appeal the grievance to the Board of Directors of the District. Such appeal shall be made in writing within five (5) days after a decision by the Superintendent, or if no decision has been rendered by the Superintendent within ten (10) days, after the Superintendent's hearing.
