Common use of Level Two - Superintendent of Schools Clause in Contracts

Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. 1. If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision concerning his/her grievance at Level One, he/she may, within seven (7) calendar days after the decision is rendered, refer such grievance in writing to the Superintendent.

Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. 1. If the grievant aggrieved teacher is not satisfied with the decision concerning his/her disposition of his grievance at Level Onelevel one, he/she may, or if no decision has been rendered within seven five (75) calendar school days after the decision is rendered, refer such grievance in writing was delivered to the Superintendentprincipal or immediate supervisor, the Association may submit the grievance to the Superintendent within five (5) school days of receipt.

Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. 1. If ) In the grievant event that such employee is not satisfied with the decision concerning disposition of his/her grievance at Level One, he/she may, or in the event that no decision has been rendered within seven one (71) calendar days after week following the decision is renderedpresentation of the grievance, refer such the employee may advance his/her grievance to the Superintendent of Schools and the Association through its President. The Superintendent must receive the grievance in writing to within two (2) calendar weeks following the Superintendentpresentation of the grievance at Level One.
