Common use of Level Two - Superintendent of Schools Clause in Contracts

Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. a) If not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within ten (10) days after presentation of the grievance in writing, the aggrieved person may file the written grievance with the Association within five (5) days after the decision at Level One or fifteen

Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. a) 1. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level One, or if no decision has been rendered within ten seven (10) days after presentation of the grievance in writing, the aggrieved person may file the written grievance with the Association within five (57) days after the decision at Level One or fifteenis rendered, written grievance may be filed with the Superintendent.

Level Two - Superintendent of Schools. a) A. If an aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of the decision concerning his alleged grievance at Level One, or if no written decision has been rendered within ten (10) days after presentation of the grievance in writingdays, the aggrieved person may file the written grievance with the Association he may, within five three (53) days after the decision at Level One is rendered, or fifteenwithin eight (8) days after his formal presentation, file his alleged grievance with the Superintendent of Schools.
