Liability, Casualty, Property, Terrorism and Business Interruption Insurance. The Administrative Agent shall have received copies of insurance policies, declaration pages, certificates, and endorsements of insurance or insurance binders evidencing liability, casualty, property, terrorism and business interruption insurance meeting the requirements set forth herein or in the Collateral Documents or as required by the Administrative Agent. The Loan Parties shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent an Authorization to Share Insurance Information.

The Loan Parties shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent an Authorization to Share Insurance Information.

The Loan Parties shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent an updated Authorization to Share Insurance Information.
