Certificates and Endorsements. Contractor shall furnish University with original certificates and amendatory endorsements affecting the insurance coverage required of Contractor under this Agreement. All certificates and endorsements are to be received and approved by University before performance under the Agreement commences, and on an annual basis thereafter for the duration of the term of this Agreement. University reserves the right to require complete, certified copies of all required insurance policies, including endorsements affecting the coverage required by these specifications, at any time.

Certificates and Endorsements. The Consultant shall, at its own cost, maintain in full force and effect, with limits no less than the amounts set forth in the Agreement, a policy of comprehensive/commercial general liability insurance on an occurrence form. The Consultant shall not commence performance of Services under this Agreement until all required insurance has been obtained and a certificate and endorsements have been submitted to the School District. A certificate of insurance and endorsement shall be submitted upon execution of this Agreement that reflects the insurance required below, identifies the School District as additional insured (except professional liability and workers’ compensation) and indicates that the insurance is primary and non- contributing. The insurance policy shall bear an endorsement that the policy shall not be cancelled or the policy limits reduced by endorsement below the coverage required by this Agreement for any reason other than nonpayment of premiums except upon thirty (30) day's prior notice to the School District and only after ten (10) days' prior written notice for non-payment of premiums. All insurance is to be provided by insurance companies with an A.M. Best’s rating of not less than A VIII. The insurance requirement shall not reduce the obligations of the indemnification agreement set out in Article 7. Lapse of coverage or failure to furnish satisfactory evidence of insurance is cause for termination of this Agreement.

Certificates and Endorsements. Prior to commencement of any work, general contractors, subcontractors performing work in excess of $10,000.00 in the aggregate, and any contractor or subcontractor accessing the roof shall provide certificates of insurance evidencing the coverages and endorsements required by this Exhibit. Prior to expiration of any certificate, the general contractor or subcontractor, as applicable, shall provide a renewal certificate of insurance. Failure to furnish such evidence of insurance coverage shall not be considered a waiver of such coverage.
Certificates and Endorsements. Upon execution of this Lease, Lessee shall deliver to Lessor a certificate and endorsement from the insurance company issuing each policy listing Lessor, Agent One (if applicable) and Agent Two, as named insureds or additional insureds, as applicable, thereunder and, if requested, copies of the policies of insurance representing the required insurance coverage. Prior to conducting any operations under this Agreement, and at all times during the Term, Live Nation shall provide to City an original certificate(s) of insurance and original endorsements evidencing all insurance required hereunder. Each certificate or policy of insurance shall indicate that coverage is primary and not contributing with any other insurance maintained by City, includes a Severability-of-Interest or Cross-Liability clause such as “The policy to which this endorsement is attached shall apply separately to each insured against whom a claim is brought, except with respect to the limits of the company’s liability,” and shall not be cancelled, modified or non-renewed except upon not less than thirty (30) days written notice to City, except for ten (10) days for non-payment of premium. Each policy, certificate and endorsement required hereunder shall be subject to the reasonable approval of City. Within ten (10) days following insurance renewal, Live Nation shall file with City a signed complete certificate of insurance, with all endorsements provided herein, showing that such insurance coverage has been renewed or extended.
