Liability for a Contractor. employee’s vacation is the responsibility of the Contractor by whom the person is employed at the time the contracted employee becomes eligible for vacation, i.e., the employee’s anniversary date of employment (this could include time spent on a predecessor contract as well as time spent under the current contract).
