Liability for Authorized Use. If you withdraw, inadvertently or otherwise, cash from your Deposit Account in excess of such account, you become liable to us in the amount of the excess. You will use the Card(s) in accordance with the information provided with your Card(s) and will be responsible for authorized use of the Card(s). The Card(s) is intended for business use only. Your use or use by anyone with authority implied or apparent, or for your benefit constitutes an authorized use. When you receive your new Card(s), sign your name in ink on the signature panel. The use of your Personal Identification Number (PIN) together with your Card(s) and signature is intended to prevent your Card(s) from being improperly used and constitutes a security procedure. The use of the Card(s) at a point of sale terminal constitutes a security procedure. In order to protect this security, do not write your PIN on your Card(s) or keep your PIN close to your Card(s). You should not tell your PIN to anyone.
Liability for Authorized Use. You agree that the Card may not be used for any illegal transactions, in any illegal manner or for any online or internet gambling activities or transactions. You agree to notify us immediately, orally or in writing, at 850.769.3306 or 0000 XXX Xx. Xxxx., Xxxxxx Xxxx, XX 00000, of the loss, theft or unauthorized use of your Card. You will not be liable for unauthor- ized use that occurs after you notify the Credit Union of the loss, theft, or unau- thorized use of your Card. In any event, your liability will not exceed $50.00.

  • Breach by Authorized User An Authorized User’s breach shall not be deemed a breach of the Centralized Contract; rather, it shall be deemed a breach of the Authorized User’s performance under the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract.

  • Access to Personal Information by Subcontractors Supplier agrees to require any subcontractors or agents to which it discloses Personal Information under this Agreement or under any SOW to provide reasonable assurance, evidenced by written contract, that they will comply with the same or substantially similar confidentiality, privacy and security obligations with respect to such Personal Information as apply to Supplier under this Agreement or any SOW. Supplier shall confirm in writing to DXC that such contract is in place as a condition to DXC’s approval of use of a subcontractor in connection with any SOW. Upon request of DXC, Supplier will provide to DXC a copy of the subcontract or an extract of the relevant clauses. Supplier shall ensure that any failure on the part of any subcontractor or agent to comply with the Supplier obligations under this Agreement or any SOW shall be grounds to promptly terminate such subcontractor or agent. If during the term of this Agreement or any SOW, DXC determines, in its exclusive discretion, that any Supplier subcontractor or agent cannot comply with the Supplier obligations under this Agreement or with any SOW, then DXC may terminate this Agreement in whole or in part (with respect to any SOW for which such subcontractor or agent is providing services), if not cured by Supplier within the time prescribed in the notice of such deficiency.

  • Responsibility for Intellectual Property The Company assumes all liabilities and responsibility in connection with all Intellectual Property, and the obligations of the Company hereunder or under the Notes and the Warrants shall in no way be affected or diminished by reason of the loss, destruction, damage or theft of any of the Intellectual Property or its unavailability for any reason.
