Liability for Loss of Data or Erroneous Data. You will bear the risk or liability of any error or loss of data, information, transactions or other losses that may be due to the failure of your computer systems or that of a third-party communications provider on which you rely. The Credit Union will have no direct or consequential liability to you for any damage or other loss you may incur due to use of your computer or mobile device in connection with accessing and using Online Services.
