Liability of Members to Third Parties. Unless otherwise provided by the Act, no Member shall be liable under any judgment, decree, or order of a court, or in any other manner, for any debt, obligation or liability of the Company, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, or for the acts or omissions of any Member, Manager, officer, agent or employee of the Company.
