LIAISON WITH STAKEHOLDERS. 21.1 The Service Provider shall comply with the provisions of Schedule 2 (Output Specification) in relation to liaison with relevant stakeholders. 21.2 In addition to the liaison required pursuant to Clause 21.1, the Service Provider shall ensure that it carries out sufficient liaison with: 21.2.1 Third Party Authorities and other third parties who may carry out works on or adjacent to the Project Network, in order to establish any planned works by any other body which may impact on any of the Service Provider’s future Investment Programmes and ensure that any such works are taken into account in the preparation of such draft Investment Programmes; and 21.2.2 the Traffic Manager, in order to share any of the Service Provider’s draft plans of work and/or Investment Programmes with the Traffic Manager in order to establish whether such plans and/or Investment Programmes are likely to be acceptable to the Traffic Manager or whether amendments would be required in order to ensure they are more likely to be accepted by the Traffic Manager. 21.3 The liaison referred to in Clause 21.2 may take the form of attendance by the Service Provider at relevant meetings and/or forums, and the provision by the Service Provider of relevant data and/or reports, including draft Investment Programmes, as would in the opinion of the Service Provider reasonably facilitate such liaison, provided that the result of such liaison shall not constitute a Necessary Consent by the Traffic Manager to any proposed works by the Service Provider and any such Necessary Consent required must still be obtained by the Service Provider in accordance with the obligation set out in Clause 16.1 (Obtaining of Necessary Consents).

  • Parties’ Representatives Both Parties shall ensure that throughout the term of this Agreement, a duly appointed Representative is available for communications between the Parties. The Representatives shall have full authority to deal with all day-to-day matters arising under this Agreement. If a Party’s Representative becomes unavailable, the Party shall promptly appoint another Representative. Acts and omissions of Representatives shall be deemed to be acts and omissions of the Party. Owner and CAISO shall be entitled to assume that the Representative of the other Party is at all times acting within the limits of the authority given by the Representative’s Party. Owner’s Representatives and CAISO’s Representatives shall be identified on Schedule J.

  • Professional Conferences Professional conferences are those conferences sponsored by educational organizations, institutions of higher learning, and government and industry concerning teaching, learning and educational research. When a full-time or part-time faculty member’s attendance at a professional conference conflicts with his/her regular assignment, the faculty member must submit a request for attendance to the appropriate Xxxx, Director, or Supervisor. If granted, the attendance at the conference will be considered leave with pay, and a follow-up report of the conference shall be submitted to the appropriate Supervisor.

  • City’s Representative The City hereby designates Xxx Xxxxx, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“City’s Representative”). City’s Representative shall have the power to act on behalf of the City for all purposes under this Contract. Consultant shall not accept direction or orders from any person other than the City’s Representative or his or her designee.
