Liaisons. (a) Each party shall designate one representative to act as such party’s primary contact person in connection with the Services (each, a “Liaison”) and each party may also designate a separate liaison for each Service provided hereunder (who shall act as such party’s primary contact person in connection with the applicable Service). The Liaisons will oversee the implementation and ongoing operation of this Agreement and shall attempt in good faith to resolve disputes between the parties. The parties have designated their respective initial Liaisons and provided contact information therefor on Schedule B. The parties shall ensure that their respective Liaisons shall meet in person or telephonically at such times as are reasonably requested by Provider or Recipient to review and discuss the status of, and any issues arising in connection with, the Services or this Agreement. Each party may re-designate its Liaison from time to time; provided that it shall notify the other party in writing of the name and contact information for the newly designated Liaison in accordance with Section 8.05.
