Common use of Liberalization Clause in Contracts

Liberalization. If We adopt any revision that would broaden the Coverage under this policy without additional premium within forty‐five (45) days prior to or during the policy period, the broadened Coverage will immediately apply to this policy. This policy is deemed negotiated and entered into the state in which it was delivered, and any rights, remedies, or obligations provided for in this policy, shall be construed and enforced in accordance with that state. You may request a change to the terms of this policy, other than changes to coverage and endorsement limits, at any time prior to the expiration date of the policy. If the change is approved a new policy form will be issued. The new policy will be subject to the Waiting Period and the determination of Pre-existing Conditions. This rule does not apply to a policy change made due to the following conditions:
