Common use of Library Director Clause in Contracts

Library Director. “Library Director,” “Director, Library,” “Director of the Library,” “Xxxx of the Library” and “Director of the Learning Resource Center” shall each mean the person, bearing whatever title, who, not being a member of the bargaining unit, from time to time holds the position of Library Director at a University or who from time to time is authorized to act in that capacity, whether solely for the purposes of this Agreement or otherwise.
